DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984 ADRAN 14 (1)(A) (FEL Y’I DIWYGWYD)

CARADOC ROAD, LLANTARNAM A PHONTNEWYDD, CWMRÁN

GORCHYMYN GWAHARDD TRAFFIG DROS DRO 2026

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw draffig rhag teithio ar hyd rhan o Caradoc Road (tua’r gorllewin) rhwng cylchfan Morrisons a Glyndwr Road.

Mae’r llwybr amgen ar hyd St David’s Road, Tudor Road, Llewelyn Road a Caradoc Road. (Cedwir mynediad i drigolion a’r gwasanaethau brys cyn belled ag y bo modd yn rhesymol).

Mae’r gwaharddiad yn ofynnol am fod gwaith yn cael ei wneud, neu ar fin cael ei wneud, ar yr heol, neu er mwyn sicrhau y gellir rhoi’r heol i mewn i gyflwr diogel.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig ar waith o ddydd Iau 4 Mehefin hyd nes dydd Iau 18 Mehefin 2026 ac unrhyw ddiwrnodau eraill yr ystyrir eu bod yn angenrheidiol o fewn cyfnod nad yw’n fwy na 18 mis.

Dyddiwyd: 27 Mai 2026.

Stephen Vickers, Prif Weithredwr, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, Canolfan Ddinesig, Pont-y-pwl, Torfaen NP4 6YB
