NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119

PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 132 TEALBY

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025

On 8 May 2026 Lincolnshire County Council confirmed the above-named Order.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the whole width of Public Footpath No.132 in the parish of Tealby running from Sandy Lane at OSGR TF 1522 9009 (A) to OSGR TF 1518 9010 (B) to OSGR TF 1517 9009 (C) to OSGR TF 1507 9002 (D). The total length of diverted footpath is 181 metres as shown between Points A-B-C-D on the Order Drawing TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Tealby to be 2 metres wide running from OSGR TF 1523 9010 (E) to OSGR TF 1518 9010 (F) to OSGR TF 1513 9008 (G) to OSGR TF 1507 9002 (D). The total length of added footpath is 189 metres as shown between Points E-F-G-D on the Order Drawing. Limitation: OSGR TF 1513 9008 – Wicket gate compliant to BS5709:2018

A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL. A copy of the confirmed Order and drawing may also be viewed online at https://www. lincolnshire.gov.uk/council-business/public-notices/1 The Order comes into force as from 19 June 2026 but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity, or of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from 27 May 2026 make an application to the High Court.
