(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from waiting at any time on Middleton Gardens, from the extended easterly kerbline of Burton Street at its junction with Middleton Gardens, for a distance of 10.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order is required to prevent obstructive parking next to erected hoarding, in place to facilitate renovation works.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 hours on 15th June 2026 until 18:00 hours on 14th July 2026.
