Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
Arnolfini, 16 Narrow Quay, Bristol, BS1 4QA
I have submitted an application for the variation of a premises licence to Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG dated 21 May 2026.
Details of application
The variation seeks to amend the permitted hours for licensable activities and the opening hours of the premises to commence from 08:00am hours instead of 10:00am hours each day.
This change is requested to allow the premises to operate during the morning period for the sale of teas, coffees, pastries and other light refreshments to customers attending the premises. The nature and operation of the premises will otherwise remain unchanged.
The premises layout, operation and style of service will continue to support the licensing objectives, with activities taking place within the premises only. No other changes are proposed to the general layout or character of the premises.
Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 18 June 2026.
Such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
