NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections in the County of Northumberland: U9559 Astley Street Plessey Street from its junction from Ormston Street for a distance of 29 metres in a north-westerly direction. U9559 Shotton Street from its junction with Ormston Street for a distance of 40 metres in a north westerly direction.
U9559 Ormston Street from its junction with Main Access To Ormston Street Link for a distance of 250 metres in a north-easterly direction U9559 Stephen Street Ormston Street Back Lane for its entire length. The Order is to be effective from the 15th June 2026 until the 15th December 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 15th June 2026 until the 26th June 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 and the 19th October 2026 until the 23rd October 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 15th December 2026
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Ormston Street, Scott Street, Wrightson Street, Astley Street Plessey Street, Everard Street, Shotton Street and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. U9701 BRIARDALE ROAD BLYTH (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intend to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Blyth in the County of Northumberland:
• U9500 Cowpen Road from its point opposite 184 Cowpen Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 350 metres.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U9500, A189, A192, C407, B1523, A193, and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
• U9501 Cowley Road from its junction with Cowpen Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 30 metres.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U9501, and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
• U9701 Briardale Road from its junction with Cowpen Road in a
southerly direction for a distance of 45 metres.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U9701, U9702, U9505, and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. The Order is to be effective from the 15th June 2026 until the 15th December 2026.
It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 22nd June 2026 until the 29th June 2026 between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 15th December 2026.

(TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on that section of the U6516 Highfield Footway, Ashington from its point 25 metres opposite 256 Alexandra Road in an easterly direction for a length of 25 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 1st June 2026 until the 10th July 2026.
It is expected that the footway will only be closed from the 1st June 2026 until the 26th June 2026 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 10th July 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being the footpath adjacent to Highfield Footway from its point 25 metres opposite 256 Alexandra Road towards the rear of the garages facing 104-98 Canterbury Close, joining Canterbury Footway, and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative route, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the following sections in the County of Northumberland:
U9546 Clifton Road for its entire length.
U9546 Coanwood Drive for its entire length.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st June 2026 until the 1st December 2026.
It is expected that the roads will be closed from the 1st June 2026 until the 12th June 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 and the 14th September 2026 until the 25th September 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 1st December 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U9546, B1326, B1505 and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on the following sections of footways in Cramlington in the County of Northumberland:
U9544 Footway from Cramond Way outside 35 to Cateran Way outside 125 from its junction with U9544 Footway outside 7-13 Cramond Way for a distance of 44 metres in a northerly direction. U9544 Footway outside 7-13 Cramond Way for its entire length. U9544 Footway at the rear of 149-153 Chesterhill from its junction with Cateran Way for a distance of 40 metres in a south-easterly direction The Order is to be effective from the 27th May 2026 until the 31st July 2026.
It is expected that the U9544 Footway from Cramond Way outside 35 to Cateran Way outside 125 will only be closed from the 27th May 2026 until the 16th June 2026 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 31st July 2026.
It is expected that the U9544 footway Outside 7-13 Cramond Way will only be closed from the 27th May 2026 until the 16th June 2026 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 31st July 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Cramond Way, Cateran Way and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. It is expected that the U9544 Footway at the rear of 149-153 Chesterhill will only be closed from the 10th June 2026 until the 1st July 2026 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 31st July 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U9544 Footway outside 159-165 Chesterhill, Cateran Way, U9544 Chesterhill Collingwood Grange Footway, U9544 Footway Outside 126-130 and 141-142 Chesterhill and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9526 Beresford Road Back Lane Seaton Sluice from its point at the side of 24 Beresford Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south-westerly direction in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 10th June 2026 until the 23rd June 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 10th June 2026 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00 hours during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 23rd June 2026. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Beresford Road Back Lane from its point at the side of 4 Beresford Road to its point at the rear of 24 Beresford Road and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9514 Plessey Avenue Blyth from its junction with Plessey Road for a distance of 8 metres in a south-easterly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 3rd June 2026 until the 16th June 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 3rd June 2026 between the hours of 09:30 and 14:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 16th June 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Hedley Avenue, Arcadia Terrace Shotton Avenue Back Lane and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
