What is happening?
Somerset Council Parish of Mark Temporary Closure of Northwick Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Northwick Road - from the junction with Baggs Lane, westwards for a total distance of 755 metres. This Order will enable Bristol Water to carry out new supply works.
The Order becomes effective on 9th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 16th June 2026 and last until 18th June 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
