The Borough of Halton (VARIOUS ROADS, HALE) (Temporary Prohibition or Restriction of Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Halton Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order under Section 14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Road(s) affected: High Street & Church End, Hale
Reason for making the Order: The Council is satisfied that traffic on the road should be prohibited and/or restricted because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road.
Effect of the Order: during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in or along the road
Alternative Routes: No alternative routes are available.
Date Order to come into effect: 14 June 2026
Maximum duration of the Order: 3 days from the date the Order comes into effect.
Note: The restriction is to prevent parking or waiting for Halton Village Fare. The restriction will be in place between 7am & 7pm for a period of one day. For further information contact 07866783045
