THE WEST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (Howden South Road on New Howden Bridge over River Almond. Livingston) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025 - TTO/TM.260.2026/2026
The Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that the road noted in the Schedule below will be closed for the period specified to enable the replacement of the bridge expansion joint and patching works to be carried out. Traffic will be diverted as undernoted. Pedestrians will be unaffected. Further information is available from the Roads Manager on 01506 280000.

Diverstion Route: Traffic will be diverted via Howden South Road, Almondvale Boulevard, Almondvale Drive, Almondvale Road, A899 Livingston Road and B7015 Almond Link Road Not affected (pedestrian footbridge to remain open)
