Sizewell C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2022/853 Article 19
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF LOVERS LANE, LEISTON AND PART OF THE COMMON (ALSO KNOWN AS SANDY LANE), LEISTON SIZEWELL C (Nuclear Generating Station) intends to make an order closing LOVERS LANE, LEISTON from its junction with B1122 Abbey Road to its junction with Valley Road and the northern access of THE COMMON (ALSO KNOWN AS SANDY LANE), LEISTON for approximately 30m. The closure is to facilitate the installation of underground cables.
Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.
The diversion will be King George's Avenue, B1122 Abbey Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate nightly between the hours of 8pm and 5am, Monday to Friday, from 8pm on Monday 15th June until 5am on Saturday 4th July. Enquiries should be made to Sizewell C Information Office at 48-50 High Street, Leiston, IP16 4EW between 9.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
