PROPOSALS

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Orders on 13 May 2026. Amendment No. 2 comes into operation on 1 June 2026 as detailed below. Amendment No. 37 comes into operation on 25 May 2026.

REPRESENTATIONS

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may within six weeks from 13 May 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
