(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2019
(AMENDMENT) (NO.9) ORDER 2026
The Watford Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 and the Local Government (Arrangements for Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 with the Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of powers conferred on that County under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 hereby gives Notice that from Monday 4th May 2026 the following hours and charges within the named Car Parks will be varied as follows
The general effect of the Order will be:
A) To remove the flat rate evening tariff at the following Car park locations
B) Vary the parking charges payable
