ULVERSTON) (RETRO RENDEZVOUS FESTIVAL)

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the holding of the Retro Rendezvous Festival (“the Event”) in Ulverston, Westmorland and Furness Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following lengths of road in Ulverston;

i. Market Street, from its junction with Queen Street extending in an easterly direction to its junction with Brogden Street.

ii. New Market Street, from its junction with Market Street extending in a southerly direction to its junction with Cross Street

iii. U5713, New Market street back lane, from its junction with New Market Street extending in a westerly then southerly direction for approx. 50m.

A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

The Order will come into operation on 30 May 2026 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of three days from that date. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restrictions will only be required for 2 days and only as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed
