NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES OFF-STREET 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 35C and Schedule 9 (Part IV) of the Road Traffic Act 1984 (as amended) and in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers, hereby gives notice of its intention to vary the charges for its off-street parking.

This variation relates to the principal Order, namely THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021, as subsequently amended. The revised charges are due to come into effect on 6th July 2026 and are as follows:-
