What is happening?

(T2411071) BATH ROW, CITY CENTRE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council has made an Order the effect of which is to introduce a Reserved Bus Lane at all times on BATH ROW.
In addition the order suspends parking and prohibits loading & unloading within lengths of BATH ROW, SHEEPCOTE STREET and GROSVENOR STREET WEST.
The temporary Order is required to facilitate the safe construction of proposed pedestrian and bus improvements.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order came into operation on 26th November 2024 with a maximum duration of 18 months. With approval from the Secretary of State, the Order has now been extended for a further period of 6 MONTHS and will now expire on 26th November 2026.
