NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council have made the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Public Right Of Way DCY0584, Brierley Hill) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any pedestrians proceeding on the Public Right of Way DCY0584, Brierley Hill, from the rear of Dudley Court North to Woodside Bridge on Pedmore Road, Dudley) for the purpose of safely facilitating of bridge beam installation and associated works being carried out on or near the affected public right of way. The order will come into operation on 04/06/2026 and will remain in force until 31/07/2026 (between 21:30-05:30 each night) or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 6 months. Pedestrians will be diverted via: Waterfront Way, The Gateway, Pedmore Road, and vice versa.
