EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Leslie Road, Kilmarnock - New Farm Loch)
(Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026

On 26th May 2026 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Power Works.

Road Closure – Leslie Road, Kilmarnock
Leslie Road - From junction with South Dean Road to Leslie Place (55m).

No Waiting At Any Time – Leslie Road, Kilmarnock
Leslie Road - From junction with South Dean Road to
Leslie Place (55m) both sides of carriageway.

The Order commences on 08 June 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 08 June 2026 at 08:00 until 19 June 2026 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
An alternative route is N/A.

(Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026

On 26 May 2026 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing. 

Temporary Road Closure – C127 Ashyard / Hoodston Bridge, Hurlford, C127, Ashyard / Hoodston Bridge - For 920m Between A71 and Low Ashyard Farm
No Waiting At Any Time - C127 Ashyard / Hoodston Bridge, Hurlford, C127, Ashyard / Hoodston Bridge - For 920m Between A71 and Low Ashyard Farm both sides of carriageway.

The Order commences on 08 June 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 08 June 2026 at 08:00 until 15 June 2026 at 18:00.

The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 18:00 each day with it being open out-with these times. 

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services ,residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

An alternative route will be signed via C127, A719, A71 &
vice versa.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Whitehill Way, Coylton)
(Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026

On 21 May 2026 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing. 

Temporary Road Closure – Whitehill Way, Coylton, For 70m - Full length (Thorn Avenue to Broadwood).

No Waiting At Any Time - Whitehill Way, Coylton, For 70m - Full length (Thorn Avenue to Broadwood) both sides of carriageway.

The Order commences on 08 June 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 08 June 2026 at 08:00 until 19 June 2026 at 16:00.

The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 16:00 each day with it being open out-with these times. The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.

An alternative route will be signed via Thornwood Avenue to Broadwood and vice versa.

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Alisa Drive, Ballantrae) (Temporary Road
Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026

On 21 May 2026 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Power Works.

Temporary Road Closure – Alisa Drive, Ballantrae Alisa Drive – Full length (65m)

No Waiting At Any Time - Alisa Drive, Ballantrae Alisa Drive – From No.1 to No.12 both sides of carriageway (45m).

The Order commences on 09 June 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 09 June 2026 at 08:00 until 22 June 2026 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. 

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.
