(B3135 THE CLIFFS AND B3135 THE CLIFFS ROAD, CHEDDAR) (IN THE PARISH OF CHEDDAR) (30MPH SPEED LIMIT EXTENSION) ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that on Friday the 15th day of May 2026 Somerset Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 20th day of March 2026 to extend the 30mph speed limit on the lengths of road as specified in the Schedule to this Order. The Order comes into effect on the 22nd day of May 2026. A copy of the Order may be inspected online at www.somerset.gov.uk/TRO. If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
