Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders 2026 - Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984
Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:
(i) They Propose To Make Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:

Caister-On-Sea – A149 Caister Bypass from its junction with the A149 Norwich Road to its junction with the A149 Caister Road (southbound carriageway only) to facilitate surface dressing chipping works, the Road will be temporarily subject to a variable speed restriction of 20 or 40mph from 1st to 12th June 2026 (may continue until 24th July 2026).
Alternative route is via: N/A.

NB: The variable speed restriction will apply as appropriate, when indicated by signage on site.

Caister-On-Sea – C483 Norwich Road from its junction with C643 Jack Chase Way to its junction with C484 Ormesby Road to facilitate surface dressing works between 19:00 and 23:00 from 2nd to 4th June 2026 (may continue until 16th July 2026).
