Litton Lane - Temporary Road Closure Due To Pole Replacement Works for Openreach

Somerset Council Parish of Litton Temporary Closure of Litton Lane

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Litton Lane - from the junction with Ford Road, northwards for a total distance of 65 metres. This Order will enable Barr Engineering Services Ltd to replace a pole on behalf of Openreach.

The Order becomes effective on 5th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 12th June 2026 and last until 12th June 2026 between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 for a total of 10 hours.
