MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 550 (PART) LOWER BROADHEATH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
On 11th May 2026, in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the above Order, Malvern Hills District Council certified that there has been created to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council an alternative highway for use as a replacement for the said footpath.
The Diversion Order took effect on 11th May 2026.
