NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U92210- Jay Lane-Leintwardine, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U92210- Jay Lane-Leintwardine, approximately 50mtrs NW of the junction with the A4113 High Street. Grid Ref: 340348/274437.
The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4367 onto the B4385 onto the A4113 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to gully sucking and cabling works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 3rd of June 2026 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day (9.30-15.30hrs).
