TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Southampton City Council made the above Order on 18th May 2026.
The effect of the Order will be to close Tickleford Drive from its junction with Wadhurst Gardens to its junction with Hurst Green Close.
The Order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road. These works are for installation of a telecoms pole.
The alternative route will be Netley Road, Weston Lane, Wallace Road, Kingscleare Avenue, Ropley Close, Tickleford Drive.
The Order will come into force on 18th May 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the completion of the works, whichever is sooner. It is expected that the works will be completed by 20th May 2026.
