4. The Order will come into operation on 25 May 2026, and it is anticipated that the work will be completed on 29 May 2026. (c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WILTSHIRE ROAD, WINTERBOURNE ROAD & SIDE ROADS
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main connection and renewal works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements on the roads below, as detailed.
2. Whilst the said works is taking place, closures will apply in three phases to the sections of road below.

3. During the works the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be as detailed below.
• Wiltshire Road closure – Via Warwick Road, Bridport Road, Langdale Road and reversed or via Warwick Road, London Road, Langdale Road and reversed.
• Wiltshire Road closure – Via Warwick Road, Bridport Road and Winterbourne Road and reversed.
• Winterbourne Road closure – Via Bridport Road, Langdale Road, London Road and reversed, or via Bridport Road, Warwick Road, London Road and reversed.
• Winterbourne Road and Bridport Road closure – Via Bridport Road, Stratford Road, Wiltshire Road and reversed, or via Bridport Road, Totton Road, Wiltshire Road and reversed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 25 May 2026, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 10 July 2026. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle involved in conducting the said work.
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes, or the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, or water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of road to which the Order applies.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

(SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING ORDER
ALHIDAYA CROYDON MASJID EVENT – ASSOCIATED RESTRICTIONS
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate an event in Frant Road Sports Ground organised by the Alhidaya Croydon Masjid, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to:
• Suspend parking and introduce temporary waiting and loading restrictions operating “at any time” in the locations detailed in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
• Introduce one-way working, no entry and banned turn restrictions in the locations detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
2. The provisions of the Order will not prevent access being maintained for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates, or to any other premises accessible from, and only from, such road.
3. The Order will come into effect on Tuesday 26 May 2026 and will remain in force for two days.
4. Nothing in the Order shall apply:
(a) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform.
(b) to any vehicle being used in connection with the staging of the event.
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity or water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of road to which the order applies.

CULLESDEN ROAD, KENLEY
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works by SGN, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Cullesden Road, Kenley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, the entire length of Cullesden Road will be closed in sections from 25 May to 03 July 2026.
3. During the closure, the alternative route for traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signed.
• Via Firs Road, Park Road, Hayes Lane, Godstone Road, Foxley Hill Road, Higher Drive vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 25 May 2026, and it is anticipated the works will be completed 03 July 2026, as indicated above. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
