Gwnaethpwyd y Gorchymyn uchod ar 19eg Mai 2026. Ei effaith fydd cau’r rhan honno o lwybr troed cyhoeddus rhif 68 yng Nghymuned Cylch Garn sy’n rhedeg o’r ffordd sirol ym mhwynt A (SH3196289515), mae’r llwybr yn mynd tua’r de-ddwyrain trwy gwrtil Ysgoldy Mawr am tua 41M i bwynt B. Yma mae’n mynd i mewn i dir Seler Win ac yn parhau tua’r de-ddwyrain trwy gae tuag at Seler Win. 

Ym mhwynt C mae’n mynd i mewn i gwrtil y tŷ ac yn mynd tua’r dwyraingogledd-ddwyrain trwy’r cwrtil. Yna mae’n gadael i mewn i gae ac yn parhau tua’r dwyrain-gogledd-ddwyrain am 30M pellach i ymuno â Llwybr Troed rhif 69 ym mhwynt D (SH3215589454) fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn. Y cyfanswm hyd i’w ddileu yw tua 228M, ac nid oes ganddo led wedi’i gofnodi.

Mae’n bosib i’r cyhoedd archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor, Llangefni drwy apwyntiad neu yn llyfrgell Amlwch. Neu bydd copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map ar gael ar wefan y Cyngor www.ynysmon.gov.uk/gorchmynion-cyfreithiol

Fe ddanfonir copi caled o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map drwy’r post ar gais ac am ddim os cysylltwch â SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru neu 01248 752591 (yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol).

Dylid anfon unrhyw sylwadau ar y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiad iddo mewn ysgrifen at Reolwr Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council, Swyddfeydd y Cyngor, Llangefni, Ynys Môn ddim hwyrach na 19eg Mehefin 2026. 

Bydd y rhain ar gael i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.

Dylid datgan y rhesymau dros eu cyflwyno os gwelwch yn dda.

Oni chyflwynir sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau yn y modd uchod neu os tynnir hwynt yn ôl gall Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn eu hunain fel Gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad. 

Os cyflwynir y Gorchymyn i Lywodraeth Cymru i’w gadarnhau yna amgaeir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau nas tynnwyd yn ôl gyda’r Gorchymyn.


NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257
AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN/ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL 
(PART OF FOOTPATH NO. 68 IN THE COMMUNITY OF CYLCH Y GARN) 
PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP ORDER 2026

The above Order was made on the 19th May 2026. The effect of the Order will be to stop up that part of the public footpath no.68 in the Community of Cylch Garn running from the county road at point A (SH3196289515), the path proceeds SE through the curtilage of Ysgoldy Mawr for approximately 41M to point B. Here it enters Seler Win land and continues SE through a field towards Seler Win. At point C it enters the curtilage of the house and proceeds ENE through the curtilage. 

It then exits into a field and continues ENE for a further 30M to join Footpath no. 69 at point D (SH3215589454) as shown on the Order map. The total length to be extinguished is approximately 228M, and it has no recorded width. It is possible to inspect a copy of the Order and Order Map at the Council Offices, Llangefni by appointment or at Amlwch library. 

Alternatively, a copy of the Order and Order Map is available on the Council’s website www.anglesey.gov.uk/legal-orders. A hard copy of the Order and Order Map will be sent in the post free of charge on request if you contact SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru or 01248 752591 (during normal office hours).

Any representation or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Legal Services Manager, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council, Council Offices, Llangefni, Ynys Môn not later than 19th June 2026.

These will be available for public inspection.

Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. 

If the Order is sent to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
