NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to amend the Borough of Trafford (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) Order 2001, as amended, ("the 2001 Order") by the introduction or removal of restrictions on lengths of Broadway, Central Road, Central Road Service Road, Manchester Road, Manchester New Road, Smithy Lane and Warburton Lane, Partington.

(20 M.P.H. AND 40 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 mph or a 40 mph speed limit on lengths of Broadway, Chapel Lane and Lock Lane, Partington.
BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD (BAILEY LANE, PARTINGTON)
(PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN AND ONE WAY TRAFFIC FLOW) ORDER 202?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from Bailey Lane into Warburton Lane and to impose one-way traffic flow along a length of Bailey Lane, Partington.

THE TRAFFORD (BROADWAY, CHAPEL LANE AND LOCK LANE, PARTINGTON) (CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC CALMING) NOTICE 2026
The Borough of Trafford under powers confirmed by Section 90(A) of the Highway Act 1980, as amended, proposes to construct traffic calming measures on Broadway, Chapel Lane and Lock Lane Partington, in accordance with the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations1999 and the Highways (Traffic Calming) Regulations 1999.
Maps showing the lengths of roads referred to may be inspected at Urmston Library during their normal opening hours and on-line at: www.trafford.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders.
Any objections to the proposals should state the grounds on which they are made and must be made in writing to the address below or at traffordtraffic@amey.co.uk by no later than 12th June 2026.
