Five Ashes Road – from the junction with C12 Cottage Hill to the junction with A267 Mayfield Road.
Diversion via C12 Cottage Hill – B2101 High Cross, Bicycle Arms Road – A267 Argos Hill, Tunbridge Wells Road, Mayfield bypass, Wellbrook, Mayfield Road – C12 Horleigh Green Road and vice versa. Restriction is anticipated to be in place between 15 June and 14 July 2026.
Castle Hill – from the junction with C209 Treblers Road to the junction with C12 Five Ashes Road.
Diversion via C209 Treblers Road, Mottins Hill – B2100 Rotherfield Road, Church Road, High Street – B2101 South Street, Mayfield Road and vice versa.
Restriction is anticipated to be in place between 8 and 12 June 2026. Cottage Hill – from the junction with C209 Castle Hill to the junction with B2101 High Cross.

(PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY FRAMFIELD 62, UCKFIELD 37) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that the above Order, made on 15 May 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by upgrading two public footpaths as follows:
A route comprising two public bridleways in the civil parishes of Framfield and Uckfield, as detailed below, and as shown on the Order Plan between points A – B – C.
The public bridleway, presently recorded as footpath Uckfield 37, commences at point A, the extent of public highway Hempstead Lane (U7772), at TQ 4855 2164. From point A the public bridleway continues in a south-easterly direction for approximately 41 metres to point B, the Parish Boundary, at TQ 4858 2161. Between point A and B, the public bridleway Uckfield 37 will have an average width of 8 metres.
The public bridleway, presently recorded as public footpath Framfield 62, commences at the Parish boundary at Railway Line, at point B, at TQ 4858 2161. From point B the public bridleway passes in a south-easterly direction for approximately 600 metres, to point C, the extent of public highway Spurlings Lane (U7866), at TQ 490 212. Between point B and C, the public bridleway Framfield 62 will have a width varying between 4 and 9 metres.
The total length of public bridleway to be added is approximately 641 metres.

Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
