Temporary Prohibition of Use of Footpath
Shropshire Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an order temporarily prohibiting the use of Footpath 1 leaving Steventon Road at grid reference SO 5236 7334 running in a general north easterly then north westerly direction to the railway line, continuing over the railway line then in a general north westerly direction to join Steventon Road at grid reference SO 5230 7362.
The Order will come into operation on 28th May 2026 until the 28th November 2026 and is required on the grounds of public safety because of the likelihood of danger to the public where the path crosses the railway line.
There will be no alternative available.
