Airport Service Road - Temporary Cycleway Closure

Portsmouth City Council (Airport Service Road) (Temporary Cycleway Closure) (No.90) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 24th May 2026 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY CYLCLEWAY CLOSURE
AIRPORT SERVICE ROAD CYCLEWAY SOUTH OF NORWAY ROAD FLYOVER LEADING TO NORWAY ROAD
In its entirety.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate rail works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 24th May 2026 to 30th May 2026 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
Cycles to dismount and follow pedestrian diversion around the works.
