Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in APPLEDORE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Richmond Green, Richmond Road, Staddon Road & Torridge Road; Revocation of No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Torridge Road; BLACK TORRINGTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Broad Street; HARTLAND: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Fore Street, Pengilly Way & School Lane; HOLSWORTHY: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of The Square; Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return 1 Hour on specified lengths of The Square; Revocation of No Waiting Wed Midnight-6pm on specified lengths of The Square; NORTHAM: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Churchill Way, Glebefields, Richmond Park & The Links; WESTWARD HO!: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Atlantic Way, Avon Lane, Aysha Gardens, Beach Road, Golf Links Road, Kingsley Park, Merley Road, Millenium Way & Ridgeway Drive; Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/alwrp to arrive by 12 June 2026. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered. 

If you make a submission be aware that comments will be anonymised prior to being sent to Highways & Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) members for consideration or being published on our website. Data may be shared within the Council & with our partner agencies.
