CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

NED LANE, BRADFORD

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works proposed to be executed on or near Ned Lane, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Ned Lane from a point outside the side of No. 25 Ned Lane to a point outside No. 26 Ned Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Ned Lane (unaffected Section), Heysham Drive, Stirling Crescent, Copgrove Road, Broadstone Way, Tyersal Lane and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 07:30 hours on the 26th of May 2026 and remain in force until 23:59 hours on the 29th of May 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
