(FULTON ROAD, MILNGAVIE)

(NO STOPPING AT ANY TIME EXCEPT TAXIS) ORDER

East Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers propose to consider the introduction of taxi stances within sections of Fulton Road, Milngavie, as detailed on the schedule below.

Full details of this proposal, which forms the proposed THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (FULTON ROAD, MILNGAVIE) (NO STOPPING AT ANY TIME EXCEPT TAXIS) ORDER 20XX, together with a plan and statement of reasons for proposing to make this

Order, are available for inspection without payment of fee:-

(i)    On the Traffic Regulation Orders section of the East Dunbartonshire Council website; and

(ii)   at William Patrick Library, 2-4 West High Street, Kirkintilloch 

(Mon – Thu 10am to 8pm, Fri – Sat 10am – 5pm);

Any person wishing to object to the proposal or make any representations on the proposal must send details of the grounds for objection in writing by email to troconsultation@eastdunbarton.gov.uk or by post to Legal Services, 12 Strathkelvin Place, Kirkintilloch, G66 1TJ by no later than Monday 22 June 2026.
