What is happening?

Gorchymyn Arbrofol Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (Stryd Poyser, Ffordd Hampden a Stryd Edward) (Strydoedd Ysgol i Gerddwyr) (Gwelliant Rhif 1) 2026

Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn Diwygio uchod ar 21/05/26 o dan ei bwerau a gynhwysir yn Neddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd). Daw’r Gorchymyn Diwygio i rym ar 28/05/26.

Effaith y Gorchymyn Diwygio yw gwneud gwelliant bach i deitl ac Atodlen 2 o ‘Gorchymyn Arbrofol Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (Stryd Poyser, Ffordd Hampden a Stryd Edward) (Strydoedd Ysgol i Gerddwyr) 2026’ drwy ddarparu y dylid disodli unrhyw gyfeiriad at ‘Ffordd Hampden’ gyda ‘Ffordd Hampden’. Nid yw’r gwelliant yn newid effaith na gweithrediad y cyfyngiadau a gynhwysir yn y Gorchymyn Arbrofol. Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a dogfennau cysylltiedig yn Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, LL11 1AY yn ystod oriau swyddfa neu gallwch ofyn am gopi o’r dogfennau drwy e-bostio highwayroadworks@wrexham.gov.uk.

Dylid anfon gwrthwynebiadau i’r Gorchymyn Diwygio, ynghyd â’r sail dros eu gwneud, yn ysgrifenedig at y llofnodwr o fewn 6 mis i’r dyddiad y bydd y Gorchymyn hwn wedi dod i rym. Os yw unrhyw berson yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn Diwygio neu unrhyw ddarpariaethau sydd ynddo ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail nad yw unrhyw ofyniad o’r Ddeddf neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed oddi tani wedi’i gydymffurfio, caiff y person hwnnw o fewn chwe wythnos i’r dyddiad y gwnaed y Gorchymyn Diwygio wneud cais at y diben hwnnw i’r Uchel Lys.

Dyddiedig: 21/05/2026
