ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OFTHE B1387 WALBERSWICK ROAD, BLYTHBURGH
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the B1387 Walberswick Road, Blythburgh to facilitate kerbing, drainage, carriageway widening, resurfacing and new road marking works. Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1125, the B1122 the A12 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 01/06/2026 - 10/07/2026 from 7am - 5.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE FOOTPATH BETWEEN
GREAT WHIP STREET AND VERNON STREET, IPSWICH
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the Footpath between Great Whip Street and Vernon Street, Ipswich to facilitate a gas replacement scheme. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
The diversion route will be Great Whip Street, Little Whip Street, Vernon Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 01/06/2026 - 12/06/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
THE B1117 STRADBROKE ROAD, HORHAM
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the B1117 Stradbroke Road, Horham from the Post Office for 150 metres north eastbound to facilitate pole testing. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1117, the B1118, the A140, the B1117 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 22/05/2026 from 9.30am - 2.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
