Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives.
This prohibition is necessary for defect repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st June 2026 to 3rd June 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1730 and 0700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Custom House Passage, St Ives for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carbis Bay.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st June 2026 to 3rd June 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Richmond Way, Carbis Bay between the properties known as number 20 and number 24.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary to disconnect a water supply and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th June 2026 to 18th June 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Abbey Street, Penzance between the junction of New Street and Chapel Street.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd June 2026 to 5th June 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being Kenegie Hill, Gulval between grid references SW4828332328 and SW4817332203 for approximately 200 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because poling and tree works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 4th June 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 4th June 2026.
The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carbis Bay.
This prohibition is necessary to clear blockage in the carriageway and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th June 2026 to 23rd June 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Tryhornek, Carbis Bay for its entire length.
