(St. Nicholas Place) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Council has made the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along, the following sections of adopted highway: - (a) in a westerly direction along St Nicholas Place, L3, from a point 58m west of Georges Dock Gates to its westernmost adopted extremity; & (b) in an easterly direction along St Nicholas Place, L3, from its westernmost adopted extremity to a point 70 metres west of Georges Dock Gates, from the 26 May to 30 June 2026, or for such a lesser period of time as dictated by the early completion of the works which are to safely enable the continued installation of an extension to the Mersey Heat district heating network.
