What is happening?

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 15 (Part), West Knoyle; from its junction with Footpath 27, West Knoyle for a distance of approximately 110m in a south easterly direction to enable Bridge currently unsafe. Replacement planned to be installed.

No alternative route is available The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

This Order which was due to expire on 27 May 2026 will now continue in force until 27 November 2026 or until completion of the works, whichever is earliest.

The Order will have a maximum duration of 06 months.
