THE FIFE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ROSYTH - 20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
Fife Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a permanent 20 m.p.h. speed limit on various streets in Rosyth as follows: B980 Castlandhill Road from the A985 Admiralty Road to the extended southeast boundary line of no. 114 for approx. 558 metres; B980 King’s Road from the A985 Admiralty Road to the extended north boundary line of nos. 117 and 119, approx. 262 metres; Castle Road from the A985 Admiralty Road southerly for approx. 80 metres; King’s Road Service Road (northbound carriageway) between Caledon Primary School and Park Road; King’s Road Service Road (southbound carriageway) between Park Road and King’s Crescent; Albert Street from King’s Road westerly for approx. 48 metres; Queensferry Road; Dick Place; Burney Place; Hamilton Place; Lowry Place; Admiralty Park; and Caledonia Heights for their entire lengths.
