What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council has made the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Hortonwood 40, Hortonwood 45, Hortonwood (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst defective manhole frame and cover works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 24/5/26 between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00. The following road is affected: Hortonwood 40, Hortonwood from its jcn with Hortonwood 45 for approx. 10m in a southerly direction. Hortonwood 45, Hortonwood from its jcn with Hortonwood 40 for approx. 10m in an easterly and westerly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 24/5/26.
Alternative routes will be signed on site.
