(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, FYLDE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS (25-26 NO3H)) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council proposed to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. Following consultation carried out between 5th March 2026 and 2nd April 2026, it is now intended to modify the proposed Order as titled above, as set out below.
1) Remove the following from Schedule 7 - Limited Waiting Parking Place 1 Hour No Return Within 1 Hour Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm:
f) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 4.5 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Green Street for a distance of 48 metres in an easterly direction.
2) Introduce a limited waiting parking place for 1 hour with no return within 1 hour Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm in Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 29 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Green Street for a distance of 23.5 metres in an easterly direction.
3) Introduce a limited waiting parking place for 1 hour with no return within 1 hour between 8am and 6pm in Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 4.5 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Green Street for a distance of 24.5 metres in an easterly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
