Public Path Diversion Order 2026
The above-named Order made on 21st May 2026 by the Shropshire Council (“the Council”) under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert approximately 1,577 metres of Footpath located at The Pheasantrey.

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Rights of Way Team, Shropshire Council, The Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury, SY3 8HQ, or by email to

, not later than 19th June 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
