Parwich Dale - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate BT Pole Testing
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
PARWICH DALE, PARWICH
WHEN: 27 May and 28 May 2026 (between 09:30 to 15:30 each day)
WHERE: Parwich Dale, Parwich between Hawkslow Farm and Upper Moor Farm.
REASON: To facilitate BT pole testing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Parwich Dale, A515 Greenlow, Dam Lane, Alsop Road, Shaw Lane, Main Street, Kiln Lane, Smithy Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
