(Amendment) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to amend the Order specified in the Schedule to the extent described in that Schedule.
A copy of the draft Order showing the amendments together with a statement of reasons and plan showing the sides and lengths of road affected are on display at the Council Offices, Church Square House, DN15 6NL.
Objections to the proposal specifying the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to either the Traffic Safety Team, Billet Lane, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe DN15 9YH or traffic@northlincs.gov.uk not later than 11th June 2026.
SCHEDULE
To amend the North Lincolnshire Borough Council (Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2026 as follows, in so far as it relates to Barrowupon- Humber and as detailed below:
(A) Revoke existing section of No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Lines)
Restriction outside No 1 High St, as shown on drawing YHN05006-25-01-Barrow MP-HS-001
(B) Implement new restrictions of No Waiting at Any Time around the junction of Green Lane and the High St, as shown on drawing YHN05006-25-01-Barrow MP-HS-001
(C) Implement new restrictions of No Waiting at Any Time along the High St, as shown on drawing YHN05006-25-01- Barrow MP-HS-003-Rev A
