MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITION – TRINITY ROAD N22

The Haringey (Moving Traffic Restrictions)

(Amendment No.2) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 14th May 2026 has made the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Order would be: To install a prohibition of motorised vehicles restriction on Trinity Road N22 at a point approximately 12.6 metres west of the western property boundary of No.21 (on existing emergency access gate outside Greek Orthodox Cathedral).

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 21st May 2026.

Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Order during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey once operational.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
