PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER 2026
The above Order, made on 28 April 2026 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the whole width of Public Footpath No. 9 in the parish of Keelby at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) TA 1612 0971 in northeast direction for approximately 251 metres to Topper Lane at OSGR TA 1633 0984.
A copy of the Order and the Order plan have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL.

Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn Lincolnshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.
If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

PUBLIC PATH CREATION ORDER 2026
The above Order, made on 28 April 2026 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create Public Footpath No. 1219 running from A18 Barton Street at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) TA 1613 0971 in a northeast, east and northeast direction with a width of 2 metres for approximately 84 metres to meet with Maple Avenue at OSGR TA 1620 0974
