What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

The Hammersmith and Fulham (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.) Order 20
The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.**) Order 20**

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the abovementioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

2. The general effect of the Orders would be in:

1. Arminger Road - Installation of a Standard disabled bay outside 5

2. Brook Green - Change all single yellow lines to double yellow lines outside Queens Head Pub & St Pauls Girls School; install 1 shared use bay near narrow section; convert remaining single yellow lines to double yellow lines

3. Burnfoot Avenue - Remove standard disabled bay outside 11 

4. Gibbs Green Close - Convert personalised bay HF162 into standard disabled bay opposite 24

5. Harwood Road - change the single kerb blip loading restrictions by the junction with Fulham Road to no loading Mon-Sat 8am-8pm

6. Heathstan Road - installation of Personalised disabled bay HF274 opposite 2

7. Hestercombe Avenue - installation Personalised disabled bay HF271 outside 7

8. Inglethorpe Street - Remove standard disabled bay outside 106

9. Lakeside Road - installation of Personalised disabled bay HF273 outside 67

10. Macfarlane Road - Remove standard disabled bay outside 64 

11. Sandilands Road - Standard disabled bay to be upgraded to personalised HF272, outside 43

12. Spence Mews - Reduce 5 metres from the shared use parking bay at the junction of Greyhound Road

13. Verbena Gardens - Remove standard disabled bay outside 30

14. Westcroft Square - Convert 3 sections of single yellow line outside 18 to 30, opposite 6 to 10 and outside 50 to 53 to double yellow line

15. Westville Road - installation Standard disabled bay outside 39

16. Wolverton Gardens - Reduce shared use bay at the junction with Hammersmith Road by 5.5m

17. Wulfstan Street - installation of Personalised disabled bay HF275 outside 197

18. To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders. 

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk before the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
