THE PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011

(VARIATION ORDER NO. 18 - 2026)

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 “the 1984 Act”) as amended and the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the Order will be to vary the Schedule to the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011, with respect to the Parking Places listed in the table below, to make provision as follows:-

  1. To amend the car park plan at car parking place number 76

11 Boats and / or Boat Trailers exceeding 3.5 tonnes or 5.5 metres in length.

Full details of the proposals are contained in the Draft Order which, together with plans showing the parking place affected, a copy of the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011 and a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be found in County Hall, Haverfordwest, Tenby Parking Office, Upper Park Road, Tenby and on the Pembrokeshire County Council website www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk.
