Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Manor Close, Little Wilbraham as lies between Nos. 1 & 9. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate water connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 15/6/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 14/12/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 15/6 & 17/6/26.

Histon Footpath 4, Histon Temporary Prohibition Of Use – Order 2026-20394
Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Histon Footpath 4, Histon as lies between Holme Close & rear 13 Somerset Road. The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate water connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/6/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/12/26 whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 3/6 & 5/6/26.

Earith Road, Willingham Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2026-20395
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Earith Road, Willingham as lies between Nos. 73 & 90. Access will be maintained to properties affected by this order. The alternative route for vehicles is via B1050; A1307; A1096; A1123; B1050 & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate water connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 8/6/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 7/12/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 8/6 & 12/6/26.

Hills Road, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2026-20396
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Nos.106 & 110. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 Relevant wording: Schedule 23 Cycle Lane: Part 2 mandatory with flow cycle lane. Hills Road on its west side from a point of 13 metres north of its junction with Brooklands Avenue to a point 70 metres south of its junction with Bateman Street is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate interim to perm works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 30/6/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 29/12/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Hills Road, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 30/6 & 1/7/26.

Schedule 23 Cycle Lane: Part 2 mandatory with flow cycle lane. Shelford Road on its southwest side from its junction with Exeter Close southeastwards to its junction with Cambridge Road Great Shelford is hereby suspended. Lode Footpath 1, Lode Temporary Prohibition Of Use – Order 2026-20481
Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Lode Footpath 1, Lode as lies between Lode Footpath 3 & Lode Footpath 4. Access will be maintained to properties affected by this order. The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed. The proposed Order is necessary in the interests of public safety due to the structural integrity of the footbridge & it will come into operation on 16/6/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 15/12/26 whichever is the earlier.

Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Over Footpath 15, Over as lies between Over Footpath 16 & Bluntisham Footpath 16. The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate replacement of sluice gates & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 16/6/26 & continue until these works have finished or on the 15/12/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 16/6 & 6/12/26.

Access will be maintained to properties affected by these orders. The above orders shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which these are made, any member of the Police Force, Fire & Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or to any person acting with the permission or upon the direction of a Police Officer in uniform.
