Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Train Lane, Pickering, Amendment No Tbc, Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Ryedale) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified in the schedule below:-
Schedule - Train Lane, Pickering - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Restrict Time At Blue Badge Holders Only Parking Bay
Pickering, Train Lane, East side
Blue Badge Holders only Parking at Memorial Hall, Train Lane - Time restricted to 3 hours – no return within 1 hour.
A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Pickering Library, The Ropery, Pickering YO18 8DY during normal office hours from 20/05/26 to 10/06/26 & also viewed online at
