(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 25th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the
RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Saltash.
This prohibition is necessary for provide customer connection under fault ref: WWKRF381 and it is expected that the closure
will be from 8th June 2026, for one day.
The prohibition will be in force
between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Penlan To Trehan House, Trehan, Saltash between property known as Wills Tenement and the junction with property known as Trehan House.
An alternative route will be signed on site.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Upton Cross.
This prohibition is necessary for manhole frame and cover replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June
2026 to 26th June 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.
Road affected - B3254 Between Port Lane And Tremabe Lane, Upton Cross between the junction Access To Algarde And New House and property
known as 1 Darley Lodge.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 25th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the TRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St John.
This prohibition is necessary for drainage repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th June 2026 to 12th
June 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 25th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the
RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Liskeard.
This prohibition is necessary for works to rebuild an unsafe wall and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th June
2026 to 9th October 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekends included.
Road affected - Varley Lane, Liskeard between the junction with Melbourne Road and grid reference SX 24919 64419.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Stopping Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 6th April 2026 continuing to impose a stopping prohibition over an area of
highway being Sunrising, Looe between property known as Pebbles, number 24A Sunrising and the junction with Shutta.
The Order which commenced on the 20th April 2026 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 12th June 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because resurfacing works
are being executed on or near the road.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes
of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
Blue
badge holders are not exempt from this prohibition.
