(Northbound only)

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Market Street (Northbound only) - from the junction with South Street to the junction with Church Street. A total distance of 125 metres. This Order will enable Network Plus to carry out cable repair works on behalf of National Grid.

The Order becomes effective on 20th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 26th May 2026 and last until 29th May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 4 days.
